The hotel was immaculately clean and peaceful. Delightful views of the castle. - Got a great-sized and normal double room with separate bathroom. - the location was good, Congress Square was within easy walking distance. - the team provided 

The room is extraordinary and tidy, the staff are lovely people especially at the reception desk. It boasts unbeatable location, walking distance to some of the amazing attractions Ljubljana has to offer.  

No complaints whatsoever, loved this place and recommend. The hotel was perfectly clean and modern, perfect for us. It was centrally positioned for easy access to side bridges. The staff was friendly efficient & 

The location was marvellous, near to Ljubljana for the Marathon weekend, the castle, and important monuments. Had a normal double, spotless room with a big bed. - Wake-up service was available in the room. 

The room was brand-new and good-sized, had blackout drapes and a balcony.

Expensive underground parking: 20 euros per day.

The executive queen room had a comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and its own balcony, making it a great base for exploring the area.

Geographical situation .

Weak air conditioning. Poor cleaning. Bad ventilation in the bathroom.

Comfortable and new room, which has good soundproofing and a beautiful view. the bed was nice and firm. You can park your car right outside on the street. 🏨

I liked this hotel very much : good location, excellent breakfast, rooms, staff, swimming-pool, gym etc.

The staff were very helpful; location is excellent and easy to access by car. Breakfast was of very good standard.

The material used for the sheets and pillow cases may be too high in man made fibre, so it does tend to get hot and the feel of the material a little uncomfortable.

Great location - close to the very city center, professional and helpful staff, new and clean rooms.

Service ethos of staff was excellent. Some Booked.net reviews are out of date and give a misleading impression as there has been significant renovation work done recently. Rooms are excellent
